The location of the hotel right across the Taipei Main station and Airport Metro is easily the most attractive of experience. The Taoyuan Airport and the High Speed Rail are thus only steps away. The property itself is value for money and just enough in essential amenities. The complementary snacks, beverages and noodles are a bonus although you need to come out to the reception area to get it. The receptionist is pleasant, quite helpful and speaks English well. I would recommend this place for those wanting to see Taipei as well as travel long distance to other cities.

Travelled with family members and young kids. Booked three rooms for 10 nights. Everything was great! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Facilities were family friendly and kids friendly. I would like to specially mention Max, who assisted us with our online delivery order and go the extra mile to check out on our stay during the period, which truly shows that the hotel value feedbacks from customers. Would definitely choose Click Hotel if we were to visit Taipei again! :)

The receptionist is very accommodating. Room is provided with courtesy water & available biscuits. It is clean, spacious, well- ventilated and comfortable to stay with. I appreciate the lounge wherein free free drinks, coffee and bread for breakfast. The hotel crew are courteous, polite and patient in assisting foreign guests like us. Very accessible to train station and the like. The place is nice and conducive to stay in.

The aesthetic of the front lobby is colorful, open and bright, with several decorations and toys suitable for kids eg. tabletop football, little tikes cars, a ballpit, as well as free drinks, light breakfast and supper provided, wifi, access to a washing machine
